The Spring Hill College women's soccer team lost a 1-0 conference decision to LSU-Shreveport on Tuesday afternoon on Library Field.
 
Spring Hill dominated the first period out-shooting the Pilots 14-2, but found themselves down 1-0 at the intermission thanks to a goal in the 36th minute by Shreveport's (7-2-1, 1-0-0 GCAC) Martina Dosen.
 
Badger keeper junior Emma Pitchford made two saves against eight total LSU-S shot attempts while the Pilots' Torie Calhoun collected six saves versus 18 SHC shot attempts.
 
The Badgers took three corners while LSU-S made nine corner kicks.
 
Spring Hill (4-5-1, 0-1-1 GCAC) will next host non-conference foe Union College from Kentucky on Friday at 5 p.m. on Library Field.
