On Friday evening, the Spring Hill College women's tennis team lost a 5-4 outcome in a Fall scrimmage with Brescia University Owensboro, Ky., at the University of Mobile courts.
 
Spring Hill led 2-1 after the doubles matches as the Number 2 and 3 teams each took 8-4 victories, but the Number 1 team accepted an 8-5 loss.  In singles, Brescia won four of the six matches to pull out a come-from-behind win.
 
For the Badgers, Shelby Fritscher won on court No. 5 by a 6-1, 6-0 score and Allison Symulevich won on No. 6 at 6-0, 6-0.
