Spring Hill College men's and women's basketball teams will tip off the 2009-10 seasons at home this Saturday.  The Lady Badgers will host a Purple-White intra-squad scrimmage beginning at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday.  The Badger men will open the regular season at 2 p.m. versus Southeastern Bible College from Birmingham.

The fun continues on Monday night when non-conference rivals and preseason NAIA No. 20 Auburn-Montgomery comes to the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center for a men's game beginning at 7 p.m.

SHC has four of five starter returning from a last year's team that finished the year with a 19-11 record and as the runner-up of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament.
