The Spring Hill College Department of Athletics has named Ryan Hall and Sam Brook as its Athletes of the Week for their superior performances during the week of March 1-7, 2010.

Hall, a senior right fielder from Fort Myers, Fla., set a new Spring Hill record for career runs scored on Tuesday versus Selma University scoring his 159th and 160th runs. Currently this season, he is hitting .347 with 18 runs scored, 11 RBI, and leads the Badgers with nine stolen bases.

Brooks, a junior from Belle Chasse, La., pitched back-to-back wins in the Badgers' upset over No. 19 Notre Dame College on Wednesday. She won the first game 1-0 in a complete-game victory allowing just six hits with a walk and six strikeouts.  Brooks then came back into the second game in the second innings with the game tied a 4 runs apiece and led the Badgers to a 7-6 win in six innings with one earned run, seven hits, one walk and two strikeouts.
