GULF SHORES, Ala. - The Spring Hill College women's golf team shot a 2-day team score of 684 (+108) to win the Martin Methodist College Redhawk Spring Invitational on Monday and Tuesday at the Peninsula Golf Resort.
 
The Badgers placed 1st out of six teams over the par-72, 5800-yard course shooting 336 on Monday and 348 on Tuesday.
 
Individually for the Badgers, freshman Avery Kyle of Frisco, Texas, finished in 2nd place with a score of 165 (80, 85, +25) while senior Victoria Gonzalez of Miami, Fla., carded a 171 (88, 83, +27) to tie for 3rd position.
 
Junior Annmarie Coan of St. Louis, Mo., closed with a score of 173 (85, 88, +29) for 5th place and freshman Katie Callahan of Prairie Village, Kan., finished with a score of 174 (83, 91, +30) in her second consecutive event for a 6th place finish.
 
Freshman Audrey Dombrowski of St. Louis carded a 190 (97, 93, +46) score and landed in 23rd position of 35 golfers.
 
The University of Mobile's Taylor Kirby was the individual winner with a score of 165 (80, 85, +21).
