Spring Hill College Men's Basketball Head Coach Robert Thompson has announced the signing of four new Badgers for the upcoming 2011-12 season.
Halen Butler, a 6'3" guard from Oak Ridge High School in Conroe, Texas, averaged 10 points and 5.3 rebounds while shooting 55.8 % from the field and 60% from behind the 3-point arc as a senior. "Halen is a great fit for our program," said Thompson. "He is an intelligent player who can really shoot the basketball. We are excited he has decided to join the Badger community."

Jalyn Woods, a 6'3" guard from Royal High School in Pattison, Texas, averaged 15.2 points, five rebounds and three assist for his team in 2010-11. "Jalyn is a big, strong guard with potential to be a very good basketball player for our program," said Thompson. "We welcome him to the Badger Nation."
Brett Williams is a 6'4" guard from Oviedo, Fla., who averaged 5.9 points per night while shooting 40% from 3-point land and 82% from the charity stripe for Tusculum College last season. "Brett is an excellent shooter with range and will have an opportunity to help our team immediately," Thompson said.
A 6'0" guard from Decatur, Ala., Ricky Sears averaged 19 points, five assist and four rebounds for Beville State Community College in 2010-11. "Ricky is an outstanding combo guard that has a great ability to score and create opportunities for his teammates," said Thompson. "Ricky is going to be a very good player for our program and we are very excited to have him in the Badger family."
