GULF SHORES, Ala. – The Spring Hill College softball team took a 7-0 win over Central Methodist College (Mo.) in the silver bracket at the final day of the Gulf Coast Invitational in Gulf Shores, Ala.
 

Starter Linsey Dickerson went the distance and gave up just one hit with 10 strikeouts and two walks.

Freshman catcher Jade Bourgeois collected two hits including a triple off Central Methodist (7-9) pitching while centerfielder Taylor Webre was 2-for-3 with a double.

The Badgers touched CMC for eight total hits in the game.

Spring Hill (6-7) will travel to Talladega College (0-8) on Tuesday for a non-conference doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m.
