NORCROSS, Ga. – The Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) has named Spring Hill College's Emily Dolan as its Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 1-7, 2012.

Dolan, a junior from Mobile's McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, ran the 5,000-meter ESPN Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic in a time of 21:15.50 on Saturday morning in Orlando, Fla.

Dolan finished as the top NAIA runner at the event and placed 69th overall out of 232 runners.

The Badgers next host the 2nd Annual Badger Brawl at the SHC Golf Course on Thursday, October 18, at 5 p.m.
