NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Spring Hill College volleyball team took a 3-0 non-conference win over Southern University-New Orleans (SUNO) by the scores of 25-8, 25-17, 25-11 on Monday evening at The Castle.

Junior middle hitter Sha Sha Buchanan from Mobile scored 12 kills on the Knights (14-4) while sophomore Megan Haber of Lillian, Ala., added 10 kills and an impressive 6.5 blocks.

Junior setter Taryn Nash of Independence, Mo., distributed 28 assists on the night.

The Badgers (20-3, 9-0 SSAC) will continue their current four-game road swing with a conference match at the College of Coastal Georgia (8-13, 2-5 SSAC) on Friday at 4 p.m. in Brunswick, Ga.
