Four members of the Spring Hill College women's cross country team ran in the 2nd Annual Badger Brawl Meet held at the Spring Hill College Golf Course on Thursday evening.
Junior Emily Dolan of Mobile's McGill-Toolen Catholic High School was the individual champion with a course-record time of 21:54.32 over the 5-kilometer course.
Senior Kiearstan Carter of Murphy High School in Mobile finished in 5th position out of 16 runners with a 24:29.66 mark and junior Claire Stewart of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., placed 6th in a time of 24:41.19. Freshman Katie Dolan from Mobile crossed the line at 26:25.28 for 10th position.
The Badgers next run at the 2012 Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Championships on Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Choctaw Trails in Clinton, Miss.
