On Sunday, October 28, Spring Hill College head softball coach Alison Sellers-Cook and her 2013 softball Badgers volunteered at the 8th Annual Woofstock event held at Bienville Square in Downtown Mobile to benefit the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF).

The Badgers assisted in food service to volunteers as well as the participating visitors of the four-legged variety. They also helped monitor the children's games and activities.

"It was an outstanding day to have fun with family and friends while helping out a great organization," said Sellers-Cook. "Our players had a wonderful time."

ARF is dedicated to promoting the welfare and humane treatment of animals, through the rescue, fostering and placement of adoptable cats and dogs awaiting a permanent, loving family.
