A wild pitch would later plate centerfielder Taylor Webre to make it 4-1 in favor of Spring Hill.

Catcher Jade Bourgeois had three hits for the Badgers on the day and shortstop Sam Leach enjoyed a 3-for-3 effort it in Game One. DeBruler, Blanchard, Sagrera and Webre each had a pair of hits for Spring Hill in the doubleheader.
