COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Spring Hill College women's soccer team set numerous team single game records while blowing past the Stephens College Stars in a non-conference road match on Friday afternoon at Cosmo Park by the final tally of 25-0.

The 25 goals are the most ever scored by Spring Hill women's soccer team in its 23 seasons of play. The Badgers played an eight-man squad composed of reserve players throughout the 2nd half of play.

Freshman reserve forward La'shelle Lett of Pensacola, Fla., scored four goals for the visiting Badgers.

Stars, moving into their first year in the NAIA from NCAA Division III, fell to 0-1 on the young season.

The Badgers (3-0) will continue this two-game road swing at the William Woods University Owls (0-1) in Fulton, Mo., on Saturday with a non-conference match beginning at 7:30 p.m.
