Georgetown College of Kentucky took a 1-0 decision away from the Spring Hill College men's soccer team on Friday afternoon at the Badgers' Library Field. Spring Hill falls to 3-7-2 on the season with the loss.
Jarrod Willoughby scored for the Tigers (4-8) off a ball that came rebounding out of a crowd of players in front of the Badgers' goal at the 67:26 mark of the game.
Spring Hill actually out shot the Tigers 15 to eight and took two more corner kicks at six to four.
Making his first collegiate start in goal, freshman Dan Criscione of Maplewood, Mo., faced eight shots-on-goal and made seven saves.
The Badgers now hit the road for the five remaining matches in the 2007 regular season beginning at Tyler, Texas, versus Texas College on Monday, October 8 at 3 p.m.
