MOBILE, Ala. -- The Spring Hill men's golf team finished the Mobile Spring Fling Tournament in 2nd place (300-295=595) at Azalea City Golf Course Monday and Tuesday.

Junior David Lysaught (72-74=146) led the Badgers finishing 2nd overall. Freshman T.L. Butts (78-71) tied at 7th with a final score of 149. Other Badgers that competed in the invitational include freshman Will Loweth who finisehd T11 (77-73=150), freshman Sean Bockerstett who finished T23 (74-81=154), junior Patrick Jenkins who finished T28 (74-81=155),sophomore Dan Thouvenot who finished T52 (81-81=162), senior Randy Giveans who finished T62 (88-80=168), junior Scott Thouvenot who finished 64th (84-87=171)and sophomore Chris Ladner who finished 65th (86-87=173).

The University of Mobile took the title with a total score of 592 (303-295). The Badgers finished in second place, just three strokes behind The Rams of Mobile. SHC will travel to Greenville S.C. to compete in the BMW Intercollegiate Tournament April 9 and 10.
