MOBILE, Ala. -- The Spring Hill men's tennis team (2-4, 1-1 GCAC) fell to LaTourneau University, 5-4, Monday at the University of Mobile.

Doubles:

Evan Davis and Brendan Gallagher (SHC) defeated Mark Taylor and Jeremy Martinez (LU), 8-2. Randy Namanny and Paul Haney (LU) defeated Gabe Capote and Santiago Tefel (SHC), 8-2. LaTourneau chose to forfeit the third match, giving Spring Hill the win.

Singles:

Mark Taylor (LU) defeated Gallager (SHC), 2-6, 6-2, 6-4. Davis (SHC) defeated Jeremy Martinez (LU), 6-1, 3-6, 6-0. Paul Haney (LU) defeated Jimmy Chassaing (SHC), 6-0 and 6-1. Wade Sinard (LU) defeated Tefel (SHC), 6-1 and 6-1. Randy Namanny (LU) defeated Capote (SHC) 6-2 and 6-4. LaTourneau chose to forfeit the sixth match and SHC received the win.

Spring Hill will host GCAC opponent Xavier University on Saturday, March 17 at 2 p. m.
