Spring Hill College men's cross country team finished 6th out of seven teams at the Great American Cross Country Fest at Veterans Park in Hoover, Ala., with a combined team time of 2:38:07 over 8,000 meters.

Senior Patrick Aucoin led the Spring Hill runners completing the course in a time of 28:05 for 20th place.  Will Kirkikis was the second SHC competitor over the line with a time of 30:34 in 46th place.  Other participants for the Badgers included Mark Kirkikis 32:34 (53rd), David Otero 33.04 (55th), Brian Otero 33:50 (56th), and Alex Coppejans 37:30 (60th).

Spring Hill will run again this Saturday at the Mississippi College Choctaw Open in Clinton, Miss.
