Woolridge, Coleman Named to All GCAC Team

Spring Hill College senior forward Noah Woolridge and sophomore guard Marcus Coleman were named to the 2008 Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball All Conference team on Tuesday.

 Noah Woolridge

Woolridge, a native of Slidell, La., leads the Badgers in scoring with 18.2 points per game for a total of 529 points on the year.  He also leads Spring Hill with 175 rebounds for an average of six boards per contest.  He shoots 47% (171-365) from the field and 46% (97-213) from three-point land.

 Marcus Coleman

Coleman, a Mobile native, has scored 449 points this season for an average of 15.5 points per game.  He has made 48% (158-331) of his shots from the field and 48% (108-223) of his shots from behind the arc.

The Spring Hill College (18-11, 10-8 GCAC) men travel to Tougaloo College on Wednesday to play in a GCAC quarterfinal game at 7 p.m.
