Head Coach- 27th Season
Frank Sims starts his 27th season at the helm of the Badgers and has compiled a 676-676-3 record over that timespan.  Over the 28 years he has served as a collegiate skipper, he has accumulated a career record of 712-686-3.  Sims is Spring Hill's all-time winnest coach and his record includes 18 20-win seasons, six 30-win seasons, two 40-win seasons and four GCAC championships.  Spring Hill has appeared in the NAIA Regional Tournament four times in his reign and Sims has been honored as GCAC Coach of the Year on four occasions.
 
Sim's current total of 686 career wins ranks No. 17 on the NAIA's Top 20 winningest active coaches.

Ryan moves from the field to the dugout for his first season on the SHC coaching staff after a successful playing career as a Badger.
 
Career: All GCAC and GCAC Gold Glove winner in the outfield as a sophomore ... has played in 165 games with 163 starts in 4-year career at SHC ... hitting .341 with 213 total hits, 23 doubles, six triples and eight homeruns ... 145 runs scored with 89 RBI ... 65 walks and 75 strikeouts ... caught stealing just six times in 69 attempts ... 407 total fielding chances with just seven errors for a career fielding pct. of .983.
 
2009: One of three Badgers to start all 53 games of his junior campaign ... led team with .365 batting average ... scored 57 runs with 20 doubles, two triples and three homers ... walked 28 times with 20 strikeouts ... stole 20 of 22 stolen base attempts ... 2008: Only Badger player to start all 56 games in his sophomore season ...
