Frank Sims starts his 27th season at the helm of the Badgers and has compiled a 694-711-3 record over that timespan. Over the 28 years he has served as a collegiate skipper, he has accumulated a career record of 730-721-3. Sims is Spring Hill's all-time winnest coach and his record includes 18 20-win seasons, six 30-win seasons, two 40-win seasons and four GCAC championships. Spring Hill has appeared in the NAIA Regional Tournament four times in his reign and Sims has been honored as GCAC Coach of the Year on four occasions.

Sim's current total of 730 career wins ranks No. 15 on the NAIA's Top 20 winningest active coaches.

Andy McCall joins the Badger staff after spending three seasons in Coach Sims' line-ups at Stan Galle Field as a player from 2007-2010. A part one of the most prolific and dependable outfield combinations in SHC history, McCall patrolled left field for two seasons (101 games; 84 starts) while partnered with Justin Harrison in center and Ryan Hall in right. He hit .335 with a .512 slugging percentage for his career. He totaled 94 hits with 14 doubles, 9 triples (tied for second most in SHC history), 6 homers and 81 RBI. Andy was successful in 9 of his 11 stolen base attempts and committed just 5 errors 148 fielding chances for a .966 career fielding percentage with 10 outfield assists.

2010: Started all 50 games of his senior season and hit for a .353 average and a .524 slugging percentage .... collected 60 hits with 6 doubles, a school record 6 triples, 3 homers and 44 RBI ... walked 24 times and struck out 21 times ... two errors in 96 chances for a .976 fielding percentage with six assists from the outfield.

2009: Played in 44 games with 33 starts as a junior ... hit .314 with five doubles three triples and three homers ... scored 25 runs with 36 RBI ... .505 slugging pct. ... 3-of-4 in stolen bases ... nine walks with 35 strikeouts ... just one error in 48 chances for a fielding pct. of .979.

2008: Sat out sophomore season.

2007: Appeared in seven games with one start as a freshman ... hit .167 with one double and one RBI ... five strikeouts.

High School: Prepped at DeSmet Jesuit High School in St. Louis, Mo.

Personal: Majored in Sport Management ... born in West Palm Beach, Fla. ... favorite food is steak & potatoes, but his guilty pleasure is candy ... favorite movie is Gladiator and favorite TV show is Sons of Anarchy ... favorite band is Pearl Jam and favorite athlete is Ray Lewis ... enjoys football, fishing and working out ... plans a career in the front office of a Major League club and dreams of being a Major League General Manager ... nicknamed "A-Mac" ... son of Matt and Donna McCall.
