Shane Allen is in his first season as the head women's golf coach at Spring Hill after spending the 2011-12 season as the assistant coach for both the men's and women's programs. A PGA member since 2006, Allen was the Assistant Professional of the Year in 2005 and the Acushnet Scholarship Winner in 2005. He worked for the University of South Alabama for 15 years before serving as the Director of Golf at Marcus Pointe for one year.
In his 6th year as a volunteer coach with the Badgers golf teams, Paul Ezelle is the retired Executive Director of the Mobile County EMS and was the first paramedic in the state of Alabama. Formerly a Master Sergeant in the Alabama Army National Guard, Ezelle is now a volunteer director of the Laity Care Center (counseling ministry) at Cottage Hill Baptist Church. Coach Ezelle formerly coached golf at Cottage Hill Christian Academy and led them to a AHSAA state championship in 2009.
