Frank Sims starts his 28th season at the helm of the Badgers and has compiled a 716-739-3 record over that time span. Over the 28 years he has served as a collegiate skipper, he has accumulated a career record of 752-749-3. Sims is Spring Hill's all-time winningest coach and his record includes 19 20-win seasons, six 30-win seasons, two 40-win seasons and four conference championships. Spring Hill has appeared in the NAIA Regional Tournament four times in his reign and Sims has been honored as a conference Coach of the Year on four occasions.

Sims' current total of 752 career wins ranks No. 15 on the NAIA's Top 20 winningest active coaches.

Assistant Coach- 3rd Season
Bouche' rejoins the Spring Hill coaching staff as the assistant varsity coach and the head coach of the junior varsity Badgers. He was previously a graduate assistant for Coach Sims in 2009 and 2010. In his 4-year playing career at Spring Hill, Bouche' was a two-time Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete and a three-time GCAC Academic Honor Roll member.

Andy McCall
Grad Assistant- 2nd Season

Andy is in his second season as an assistant coach at Spring Hill after enjoying a four-year career in the Badger outfield. He hit .335 during his career and owns the school's single season record for triples. During his senior season, he hit .353 with six triples and 44 RBI. McCall was a two-year starter with 81 career RBI.

McCall graduated from De Smet Jesuit High School in St. Louis, Mo., and in 2005 he led De Smet Jesuit to the State Finals.

At SHC, he works with the outfielders and oversees the Strength & Conditioning program. He also served as an assistant coach with the Laramie (Wy.) Colts of the Mountain Collegiate Baseball League during the summer of 2012.

In the summer of 2013, McCall has been chosen to be the head coach of the Socastee Sharks in the Beach Collegiate League located in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
