Frank Sims starts his 26th season at the helm of the Badgers and has compiled a 650-652-3 record over that timespan.  Over the 27 years he has served as a collegiate skipper, he has accumulated a career record of 686-662-3.  Sims is Spring Hill's all-time winnest coach and his record includes 17 20-win seasons, six 30-win seasons, two 40-win seasons and four GCAC championships.  Spring Hill has appeared in the NAIA Regional Tournament four times in his reign and Sims has been honored as GCAC Coach of the Year on four occasions.
 
Sim's current total of 686 career wins ranks No. 17 on the NAIA's Top 20 winningest active coaches.

Jared joins the SHC coaching staff after a successful 5-year career as a Badger player.
