Alison Sellers-Cook begins her fifth season as head coach of the Lady Badgers after serving two seasons as an assistant coach following a spectacular playing career at Spring Hill College.  In 2007, Sellers-Cook led the Lady Badgers to their first GCAC regular season championship and a second consecutive NAIA Region XIII Tournament berth.  Following the season, she was named the 2007 GCAC Softball Coach of the Year.

Jackie Sorensen begins her third year as a Spring Hill assistant caoch.  She graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, in 2006.  As a player, Sorensen was a 1st team All-Conference selection for the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2006 and '07.  She was Conference MVP as a senior and appeared as a 3rd team All Region palyer in 2004, '05 and '06.
