MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Legendary Spring Hill Volleyball head coach
Peggy Martin earned her 1,500
th career victory when the Badgers swept Benedict in straight sets at the SIAC Volleyball Crossover on Friday. The win marks another remarkable achievement for the hall of fame head coach.

The Badgers (12-5, 9-0 SIAC) swept the Tigers (11-3, 5-2 SIAC) 25-20, 25-14, 25-14, to open the conference crossover event. Spring Hill hit at a .282 clip while holding Benedict to .040 hitting.

Claire Hayes led the offense with 13 kills, followed by
Jaylyne Bell, who tallied 10 kills and an impressive .556 hitting percentage.
Monica Vargo dished out 34 assists, which led the contest.

Ashlyn Whiteside led defensively with 10 digs and tallied a match-leading three service aces. Bell and
Hayley Hillman both led Spring Hill with 1.5 total blocks.
