The Spring Hill College men's golf team won the championship of the annual Badger  Invitational held at Spring Hill Golf Course on Monday and Tuesday with a combined team score of 619 (304, 315, +43) over the 6665-yard, par 72 course.

FAIRHOPE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College men's golf team tied for 7th place out of nine teams competing at the Faulkner State Community College Invitational held at Rock Creek Golf Club on Saturday and Sunday.

The 2012-2013 Spring Hill College men's and women's golf teams will see a change this year as Shane Allen has taken the reins as the head coach of the Badgers' ladies program allowing Steve Hodges to focus solely on the men's squad. Both Badger golf coaches will lead teams that feature numerous experienced veterans.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – On Friday afternoon, the Spring Hill College men's golf team received 21 votes in the 2012 NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Preseason Poll to appear in the "Receiving Votes" category.
