Head Coach Hans Laub

Hans Laub enters his second season at Spring Hill College as the men and women’s head tennis coach.   A certified tennis professional with more than 15 years full-time teaching and coaching experience, he coached both boys’ and girls’ varsity tennis at Cottage Hill Christian Academy in Mobile.  Under his instruction, the girls’ team won the 2003 and 2004 A.I.S.A State Championships.  In 2003, Laub represented the state of Alabama at the Seniors Cup Championships in Columbus, Ga.  Away from the Spring Hill campus, he is the managing tennis professional at Oakwood Swim & Racquet in Mobile.  Laub attended Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Va., and resides in Mobile with his wife, Kathy.

In 2007, Laub led the Badgers to a 5-8 record in men's tennis and a 5-7 record in women's tennis.
