Game at a glance
The Spring Hill College women’s tennis team defeated LeTourneau University by the score of 9-0 at the University of Mobile’s “Bash at the Beach” in a make up of Tuesday’s rain out.
The Lady Badgers swept through the doubles matches as Paige Malone and Allison Symulevich topped the LU pair of Jess Tindall and Mary Bright with an 8-2 decision on the No. 1 court. Abbey Angelle and Catherine Thames defeated Britney Cleveland and Caitlyn Hairell 8-4 in the No. 2 match. SHC teammates Lynne Fritscher and Gina Pambianchi then won on No. 3 in default.
The Lady Badgers (4-2) continued to roll throughout the singles play sweeping all six courts.
SHC travels to New Orleans on Friday afternoon to play Xavier University-New Orleans in a conference match.
