With consecutive 3-0 wins over Reinhardt College and Tennessee Temple at the Belhaven Tournament in Jackson, Miss., on Saturday, the Spring Hill College volleyball team ran its current winning streak to seven games.  The Lady Badgers won the morning match with Reinhardt 30-25, 30-23, 30-17 and then immediately followed that victory with a dominating afternoon performance against Tennessee Temple, taking the match with scores of 30-6, 30-20, 30-6.

Since struggling to a 4-11 start to the 2007 season, Spring Hill has now won 12 of its last 14 contests.

Spring Hill (16-13, 4-3) next plays at the University of Mobile (27-4, 6-0) on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in a showdown of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference’s first and second placed teams.
