The University of West Florida swept the Lady Badgers volleyball team 3-0 on Monday night in an exhibition game at the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center.  West Florida entered the match as the 25th ranked team in NCAA Division 2 and the 2007 regular season champions of the Gulf South Conference.

UWF took the first game 30-15, but Spring Hill battled down to last point in game two before falling 31-29.  West Florida won the final game 30-18.

Spring Hill (16-15, 4-4) travels to New Orleans, La., on Friday to play in the first round of the GCAC Tournament hosted by Dilliard University.  The Lady Badgers will face Belhaven College (21-14, 4-4) beginning at 2 p.m.
